The Suffolk Girls County Championship is the main event in the junior calender with an 18 Hole Medal for handicaps of 18 and below. The L.Moss Blundell Cup; best scratch score and the nett plate; best nett score are both played for in this division. An 18 hole Stableford is also available for handicaps between 19 and 36.

The Top 8 in the county scratch results will qualify for the Suffolk Girls Matchplay to be played over the summer months.

The Strokeplay Champion will qualify to represent Suffolk in the English Girls County of Champion Of Champions event held in September. (4th September 2021 - Woodhall Spa GC)

This is also a qualifer; best gross and nett scores for the Justin Rose Telegraph Junior Golf Championships held in November.

Suffolk Girls Matchplay Championship

The Suffolk Girls Matchplay Championship is drawn dependent on the position that you finish in the Strokeplay championship. The qualifying girls will play singles matchplay off of scratch in a knockout format throughout the summer months to decide the Junior County Matchplay champion.

Rules

​

Players should arrange their own matches on a home and away basis in the Quarter Finals. 

The Home player will be expected to contact the away player to offer dates to play. 

When the match has been played it is the responsibility of the winner to contact Event Organiser with the result. 

Semi Final & Final Day will be at a neutral venue on Sunday 27th August 2021.
