Suffolk Girls Order of Merit

The Suffolk Girls Order of Merit encourages girls to participate in a variety of different competitions at different levels. The intention is to track the personal achievements of Junior Girls throughout the playing season, to encourage participation and to highlight special achievements.

Top 10 scoring events to count towards the Suffolk Junior Girls Order of Merit.

At least 4 scoring events from Suffolk Girls Competitions will count towards the Order of Merit.

Points from your next best 6 results from any events will also be included.

The winner of the Order of Merit will be the girl with the most points after the last event of the season.

The Order of Merit Shield will be awarded to the winner at the Suffolk Ladies Annual General Meeting.

All Events will be worked out on a handicap basis for an overall result, irrespective of divisional results.(i.e. Div 2 winner may still win overall 1st place in order of merit result) Suffolk Girls and Ladies Matchplay shall be played off scratch, and skills tests will be placed by scoring on the day.
